    Everyone does.

EDIT: To clarify - everyone hates their own voice. Not yours. :P

    :)))))

I always "participate" in such events - as if reading parts and then deleting it with disgust. Not because I am masochistic, but contests like this is an excellent reason to "listen to yourself" and truly know what people hear when you open your mouth.

I do hate my voice too. And mostly my English accent, part English, part Irish, (I used to live in both countries, and I love the accents of the people I met there) and mostly French. An ugly mix with a boring monotonous voice.

I would love to partake in that contest, but I have problems with my mic (a good excuse... ).

Would the writers be mortally offended if I slightly alter the lines to flow a little better when spoken?

    Well...

    1. Use one of the pre-written lines of text for your character of choice (provided at the end of this update) and record it. If you're feeling brave, you may also improvise something.

Yea, I know, but I assume that they were meaning a fully original line.

Meh, no point overthinking it. Submitted. Lets see what happened :P

    EDIT:
For any other entrants; Audacity is free audio editing software that's pretty easy to use.
