What is "Stats Numeric Adjustments" in Game Difficulty Options?
    Also
What does Critical Hits Option do? Does it change the critical hits against you or for you?

    What Does Death's Door do?
I thin it kind of explains it in Descriptions for Difficulty Modes, but not clear

Stats numeric adjustments lets you raise or lower the overall stats of enemies and monsters. Damage to party lets you raise and lower the amount of damage baddies deal to your characters, i.e. only let them deal 80% instead of 100% of their damage or have them deal triple damage and everything in between. The critical setting affects all crits in the game, as far as I know, both enemy crits and party crits.
Death's door does what it says in the description - with death's door enabled, a character, who would otherwise stustain a fatal injury in battle will not die, but receive the death's door condition, instead. If a character affected by death's door sustains another fatal injury, they will die.

Eep! Correction about the critical setting - this setting only affects crits against your party and their summons and pets. My bad!

Weak crits btw mean that only the dice and penalties to damage are multiplied, bonuses are not i.e. 1d4-1 becomes 2d4-2 (just like with normal critcs), while 2d6+9 becomes 4d6+9 (while on normal it would have became 4d6+18). This greatly reduces letality of critical hits.
