So the Necromancer path is probably not a very interesting one, as there will only be the simple Animate Undead spell for you, to get a few skeletons and zombies as summons. The usual cRPG trick, as far as necromancy is concerned. I personally don't mind, as Necromancy is not my cup of tea but you seemed so keen on that...
Not sure where this counts as but "There is greater undead summon. You can have a grave knight or an animated armor." so i guess there is a Create greater undead spell ?

Thassilonian Specialist Gains one more spell per level (in Evocation School), so more rays blast (Snow ball, Scorching Ray), and lose Abiuration an Conjuration (not very useful for him) so i can cast charme and illusions to help him gain sneak attack.

    What do you think?
You need to find out if it works for you. But prepare for enemies with spell resistance.
They'll surely show up in late game. You'll need the feats Spell Penetration, Greater Spell Penetration and consider Elf as race (because of Elven Magic Race ability). Still it's no guarantee for your spells not being nullified.

In PnP i usually play a Conjuration Wizard. It's the best to avoid Spell Resistance since most of Conjuration spell Summon mosnters or elements to deal damage.
But in this game the Conjuration School is heavy nerfed.... so i think that every spellcaster should take Spell penetration feats for damage high level monsters...

    Present time?
    AHAHAHAHAHAHA!

    Class: Monster Tactian

    Race: Plumekin

    Domain: Charm or Animal

Feat: Weapon Finesse, later summoner type feats

Stats at 1st level 20 Wis (+2 racial), 18 Dex (+2 racial), 8 Strength, 10 Charisma, 10 Intelligence, 10 Constitution. All future increases to Wisdom.

I'm leaning towards Calistra as deity, but the animal domain is appealing and she doesn't have it. Unlike most Inquisitors, this character focuses more on casting, especially summon monster for combat skills, but the high dex gives him some skills at combat and stealth. Has Invisibility as a racial which could prove useful.

What are Plumekin ? Unless you mean Plumekith, that is Variant Aasimar ? I haven't read anything about variant races being implemented in the game.

Edit : Besides, Neither standard Aasimar nor Plumekith have Invisibility as a racial ability. Plumekith have See Invisibility, which is useful, but different.

There is video on YouTube of someone exploring the core races of Kingmaker. All the races of Aasimar are in, Aasimar mutts (basic), and the Azata, Archon, Garuda, Peri, Agathion, Angel types are in. They are a bit ajustied from trpg, they all have a halo for example, a heritage (basically the race of Aasimar), and celestial resistances. Heritage dictates you spell like ability, 2 +2s to various skills or mobility, and you +2 to two different abilities scores.

Plumekith (sorry for the misspelling), are listed in the video of the game as getting invisibility, +2 mobility, +2 athletics, +2 Dex, +2 Wis I go find a link to the video.

Here is the link to the YouTube video of the races being explored, you can see everything the various types of Aasimar get.

I curious if the halo colour/appearance differs between Aasimar races as it's not shown in the video.
