That's true in PnP, but wasn't true in the last beta (where you could take it as many times as you wanted). Perhaps that's a bug that's been fixed?

It's a bug. I remember a dev confirming this on discord i think it was months ago. So should be fixed for final release.

When I was a wee lad, I always played fighters. The bigger and stupider the better. As I grew older, I found myself creating characters more and more like Raistlin from Dragonlance: The frail, sickly and immensely powerful wizard kind.

Wizard, Thassilonian Specialist (Gluttony/Necromancy), Human Male, Neutral Evil.
    Familiar: Viper.

    Attributes:
    Strength: 7.
    Dexterity: 7.
    Constitution: 7.
    Intelligence (+2): 20.
    Wisdom: 16.
    Charisma: 16.

    Skills:
As I understand it, this is Wizard base (1) + Human racial (1) + 1/2 Intelligence modifier rounded down (2,5->2) = 4 per level. Do I get 5 every odd level up, or no?

    Distribution:
    Knowledge (Arcana).
    Knowledge (World).
    Persuasion.
Use Magic Device OR Lore (Religion).

No idea about feats yet, honestly - any ideas? Combat casting needs to be in there. A metamagic feat or two.

    Some ideas:

You might want to have: Point-Blank Shot => Precise Shot: No penalty for shooting into melee <= shooting using bow, sling or some spells.
Spell Penetration (and Greater Spell Penetration) is one good feat you might consider. (+2 bonus on level checks to beat spell resistance)

IF you are planning for summoner then:
1:st - Spell Focus (Conjuration Add +1 to the Difficulty Class for all saving throws against spells from the school of magic you select.)
2:nd Augment Summoning (Each creature you conjure with any summon spell gains a +4 enhancement bonus to Strength and Constitution for the duration of the spell that summoned it)
3:rd Superior Summoning (Each time you cast a summoning spell that conjures more than one creature, add one to the total number of creatures summoned.)

Definitely making a backline character first.
I'm a bit torn between Cleric (Herald Caller), Druid and Wizard.
For stats I'm definitely buffing casting mods and taking all summoning feats.

I would love to find out what archetypes/classes we are going to get in DLC.
If we get some cool archetypes later for Druid (for example) I would definitely wait a bit before playing one.

I was thinking of going Eldritch Scion but not thought the exact build through yet.

Was thinking of using levels of Dragon Disciple but I'm not familiar with pathfinder rules so I don't know if Eldritch Scion can take any DD levels.

On P&P you can, since the spellcasting pre-req is having spontaneous arcane casting, which you have since you cast like a bard but with a different list.

As numerous devs have said in discord and from my own experience never ever ever ever make a mage with a negative constitution modifier. Cant stress this highly enough. You will get slaughtered in game.

I'm going to play a Dragon Warrior
2 lvl of Fighter (2 hand sword)
4 lvl of sorcerer (black, gold or silver dragon)
    8 lvl of Dragon Disciple
6 lvl of Fighter or Eldritch Knight if available

A lot of spell without save (like wall or boost) and a big sword
The goal is not to cast powerfull spell but to kick ass and do more than a regular Fighter
    Human

I understand and appreciate the sentiment. I've concluded that I recieve 5 skillspoints on my first level, and every subsequent odd-level, too. So I'll grab a level in Lore (Religion) aswell as Perception, completely leaving out Use Magic Device.

I'm aware that my build will be awful in terms of HP, and have terrible AC as a result of the lack of dexterity. I was considering a 7/7/11/18(20)/14/16 build instead. There will be some sizeable, accumulative health in difference, and not that big of a difference in wisdom.

Just for reference, I've gone through everything from Baldur's Gate, to NWN2 (and every Eternity/isometric game in between) with similar builds.
