[Bug] 2 bugs with monk and dragon disciple bard

1. Traditional Monk subclass does not get +1 AC when reaching lvl 4 like the description says.

2. Bard that gets 3 levels of Dragon Disciple does not receive Mage Armor spell on his spell list.

Ok, found another bug with Monks.
3. Monk Style attack Hammerblow is subject to enemy DR even when your base attack is not. Like when attacking Redcap your base unarmed attack will ignore their DR but additional damage from Hammerblow will be reduced by their DR. This should not happen. Hammerblow is supposed to be same kind of attack as your base unarmed attack and be affected same by DR (or ignore same DR).
